🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review detailed project schedules (L2 to L4) using Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Prepare baseline schedules including resource and cost loading
  • Analyze project progress, identify schedule variances, and track critical paths
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and performance tracking
  • Perform delay impact analysis and assist in EOT (Extension of Time) claims
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and portfolio-level summaries
  • Coordinate with site planners and project teams for schedule updates
  • Maintain centralized planning data, documentation, and version control

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Preferred: Postgraduate qualification from NICMAR / RICS
  • Certifications:
    • Primavera P6 & MS Project Certification
    • PMP / PMI-SP (highly preferred)
  • Experience:
    • 5–9 years in project planning and controls
    • Experience in multi-project or PMC environments
