1. Unit Cost

Definition:

Simple Meaning:
Per unit ka kharcha.

2. Unit Rate Contract

Definition:
A contract where payment is based on quantity of work completed at fixed rates.

Simple Meaning:
Jitna kaam utna payment (fixed rate per unit).

Example:

3. Uncertainty

Definition:
Lack of complete knowledge about future events that may affect the project.

Future me kya hoga clear nahi hai.

Example:

4. Unplanned Work
